I'll let you decide for yourself how serious you are. But if you do find yourself in an accident caused by distraction related to problems using the GasBuddy app, do society a favor and don't overburden the court system with another frivolous lawsuit.

scrap, thanks for telling me where to find the FSL. I'm stunned that it only appears at the very bottom of 1 page of this site. Actually, now that I know what it looks like I notice that it exists at the bottom of several gas price related pages. But, still, there should be a link directly to it in the top menu. Though the links look very full and I'm not sure which submenu would be the best one. At the very least, they should include it in the long list of links at the bottom of every page (you know, the smaller print that resembles a site map)

One point to clear up - the comments will ONLY show if you post from your favorites on your phone. If you post using "Find Gas Near Me" the comments in your favorites will NOT show up and MUST be typed in to show with your post. This applies to androids. I'm not sure about iPhones.

ambius - I am well aware that you can not enter comments to your FSL entries using the app. What you don't seem to understand is that if you have comments saved in your FSL, you do not have to enter them using the app. You can save those comments using a computer, not the app.
As for editing station order, use a computer, not the app. Scroll down to your FSL and click on Edit my favorite stations. You can then click on edit for each station and change the Sort Order. I wouldn't number them as 1,2,3,4 ... but instead number them 3,6,9,12... This way, if a new station is built between a couple of others currently on your list, you have some intervening numbers as a buffer.
Your FSL should be below the Low and High prices in the area on the home page in an area labeled Members Favorite Stations.

scrap, if it was not clear, I was talking about the android app. There, the FSL does not have ANY access to comments. I can't see the current comments or make new ones.
As for ordering the stations, I know there is a way but I'm not sure what it is (again, on the android). I think the stations are appearing in the order I added them to the list which means to insert a new station to the middle of the list I would first have to delete half my stations then re-add them in the right order. Not worth my time. If it is possible to do this an easy way from the computer, I would be interested. However, I just spent the last 5 minutes searching and hovering links but can't find the FSL anywhere. what kind of crap design layout is that? (or am I just blind...)and kwzh, I was dead serious. They should fix their crapware before it hurts somebody.

ambius - On a computer, go to your FSL. Mouse over the comment until you see "Click To Add A Comment". Enter your comment and click on "Save". Your comment is now stored in your FSL and you won't have to enter it ever again, unless something about the station changes.
You do know that you can order your FSL so the stations appear in the order you see them, right?

Just on the off chance that you're serious: Don't use the phone while driving. Either pull over to a safe spot, or wait until it's safe before entering the prices. If that means you can't enter them until they're older than you'd like, then so be it.

scrap, I wish comments existed on my android FSL, I really do, it would make my life a lot easier. I don't have a laptop for entering prices while driving. And if I wait until I get to a desktop PC the price is too old to be useful. So I have to type in all of my cash discounts manually, each time, on my phone, while driving... I swear GB will cause me to get in an accident some day and I am going to sue their lazy asses for not addressing the discount problem sooner. Consider this a formal warning.

I wish we could edit posts older than 5 minutes, at least until someone else responded.
It turns out that when I reported a price for a station with a comment in my FSL, I had been using the stations nearest me instead of my FSL and that is why the comment did not show. Reporting prices using the FSL from the app will indeed post the comments stored in the FSL.

Never mind my last post. I thought they had fixed it so that if you reported prices from your FSL and there were comments for a station stored there, those comments would be posted. Apparently either I was mistaken or they took away that functionality.

ambius - Why don't you enter comments into your FSL using your computer? Then they are stored and you won't have to enter them again.

scout, on the android app the comments are only visible if you use the "find near me" function. Sadly, on your FSL the comments are invisible and impossible to enter. Hence, I have stopped using my dearly beloved FSL and am forced to use the map feature. Not too bad, but very annoying that they made the FSL useless.
IRT Op, yes arrows would be very nice. however, I just use the map view whenever possible.

It would also be great to be able to access the forums and news articles from the iPhone app.

how about a map for the GB mobile site so I can find stations near me without looking up zips or cities?
