In a televised event on CNN during his first election campaign, Obama stated that "Higher gas prices were the best thing that could have happened to America." That told me everything I needed to know about the man.

No, did you give Bush credit for the 1.40 gas a few years ago? I don't blame Obama directly now...however that didn't stop the democrats from blaming Bush the last time gas prices skyrocketed. Funny how the same people who loudly blamed Bush are the same ones who say don't blame Obama.
