He is a great speaker. Just because he is out promoting E-15, does not mean he believes in it, he is getting paid to promote it.

I have seen him speak. It's purely speculation as to his intentions. There's no way to know. But from what I've seen....I think that he sincerely believes in it. He was a 4 star general. You have to have some serious conviction to achieve that. I'm going out on a limb here....but he has achieved much more them the average person posting on this site...including myself.
