I scored 50%.
Last Apple product I owned, was an Apple 2e. Prior to that an Apple ][ clone!
Hated it when they abandoned the Apple 2 in favour of the Macintosh.
Would have scored lower, except I am presently reading Jobs biography!

I've been using a Mac since its very first 128K, and have even done some Mac OS programming (back when there was MPW and you had to consult five volumes of "Inside Macintosh"), yet I still scored a paltry 40%. Many of those questions are downright obscure!

55% despite treating Apple from the Macintosh onwards like the plague, and not caring so much about the company before it...

The use of the computer is very easy. Some of the programs that I would like to use I don't have a good understanding yet.

I'm no smarter. Still at 50%.
There's a big hole in my Apple knowledge base from the 128K Mac to the Boot Camp era.
Although for a while I worked in a fruit orchard that decided for multiple reasons decided to go PC.
The ability to compile on something close enough to the target hardware (80386/80387) that you didn't need to simulate the target computer's instruction set made possible a testbed where you could really wring out your code.
Of course, now that there are Intel Macs that problem is now moot.

I got 19 out of 20, but the one I missed they had the wrong answer on, so I effectively got 100%.
