I see by your profile, your profession was similiar to mine which I had for 38 years. I think I held every position and performed every job there was in computers (short of designing them). From operator, to programmer, to system analyst to computer systems software specialist, to technical services and support and finally management of 7x24 data centers, communications networks, operations centers, help desks. (the job stopped being enjoyable in management).
