I don't think there is any brand/station confusion, at least not on my site. All the names are those you would find on the pump.

Ideally one would want the local list of stations to be exactly the same as the MSL. But GB wants the list to be simpler and thus easier to use by John Q. Public. Perhaps there should be a default list that has the major brands, and then, if the user checks a box, a complete list is furnished that matches the MSL. I think I will suggest that.
