No, the poster I was looking for has been a prolific poster for ages, rarely goes more than a day or two without posting in that thread, and I couldn't get any posts by anybody older than March no matter how many other posters I ignored. Weird you get a different result, but I am not going to obsess about it.

I just tried ignoring posters in a thread as you suggested. It got me back to Mar 28 only, then cut back to only 3 pages, and this was a thread that has thousands of posts! Either they have changed it since you posted, or it doesn't work in all threads. Thanks anyway.

Pan and I are true opposites. Though we are both Vietnam vets you would think we were in different armies. I am glad we made you chuckle.

Weather is great and my grass seeding is coming up. Our street is a disaster with new water mains being put in. The democrat who replaced Scott Walker as County executive is turning out to have a real fiscal conservative streak - just like Walker, and is real pleasant surprise. But, his liberal board of supervisors are not happy campers. I suspect he's going to have the job as long as he wants it. He'll have my support.
