It's the trend that we should be looking at, a 50 or 60 year trend. 2) Climate Change is a much better term since the overall climate CAN be going in 2 directions. For instance: More Co2 causes glaciers to melt, putting fresh water into the ocean, creating havoc with the underwater rivers that carry warm water North to England + Ireland and cold water South to get warmed up. It that 'conveyor belt' ever shut down, it could 'spark' another Ice Age.
